Our recent real estate work includes:

• Sale of a commercial property for $23,000,000 and the purchase of four replacement properties in section 1031 exchanges.
• Sale and purchase of commercial properties to complete a 1031 exchange in excess of $50 million dollars.
• Representation of the owners of Maryland office buildings in leasing in excess of 500,000 square feet.
• Representation of the owner of a warehouse in Manhattan in connection with its use upgrade and related lease work.
